Novohaven Refund Policy

At Novohaven, we are confident in the quality of our products and want every purchase to bring you a pleasant experience. If you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to make it right.

General Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for eligible items, with valid proof of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Shipping, handling, and installation fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Certain restrictions and exclusions apply (see below).

Non-Returnable or Non-Cancelable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Made-to-order furniture
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used products or items damaged through normal wear and tear

Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, or refunds. Accepted forms include:

  • Original receipt (store or gift receipt, electronic receipt, or order confirmation)
  • Packing slip
  • Order number

We may also be able to verify your purchase using the email address used for the original order.
Without valid proof of purchase, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Online Mail-In Returns

If your order was placed online or by phone and delivered by mail, returns must also be processed via mail.

  1. Notify us of your order number via email.
  2. Provide the specific reason for the return (e.g., a broken chair leg). Please note that returns without a valid reason are not supported. If possible, include photos or videos as evidence.
  3. Print a prepaid FedEx shipping label (return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund).
  4. Pack your items securely.
  5. Drop off the package at any FedEx location.
  6. Track your return online.
  7. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Items

Custom-made or personalized items (including furniture with non-standard fabric or frame selections) are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if such an item arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will:

  • Repair or replace the defective or damaged parts, or
  • Replace the item if repair is not possible.

Novohaven reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution.
