Shipping Policy

At Novohaven, our goal is to deliver your products in the fastest, most reliable, and most economical way. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Shipping Scenarios

  • Immediate Shipping: Once your order is confirmed, we will ship immediately. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Pre-Order Products: You may specify a shipping date. A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due after shipment.
  • Warehouse Pickup: Self-pickup is available upon request. Please note that our warehouses are generally closed on weekends.

Nationwide Delivery

  • We deliver across the continental U.S., with exceptions for certain islands, P.O. Boxes, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, military addresses, and ZIP codes starting with 967**, 968**, 995**, and 999**.
  • All products are eligible for U.S. shipping:
    • LTL Freight: Estimated $220 per shipment.
    • Small Parcel: Estimated $50 per box.

Basic Freight

    • Transit time: 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri, daytime).
    • We currently charge shipping fees based on the weight of the product.
      Depending on the specific characteristics of your order, we will choose either Small Parcel or LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping for calculation.
      At checkout, the system will automatically calculate the applicable shipping cost.

      • In many apartments, carriers deliver to the package room or parcel locker rather than directly to your door. We cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for apartments.
      • If split shipments are required, we will inform you in advance. Since we ship from warehouses in the Midwest, East Coast, and West Coast, not all items can always be shipped together.
      • Customers cannot contact carriers to refuse delivery mid-shipment. Refusals may prevent the product from reaching our warehouse.
        Note: Orders generally ship within 1–3 business days and deliver in 3–7 business days. No reason-free returns are accepted.

Terms & Conditions

        • From the shipping date, and barring unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, demonstrations), deliveries are expected within 3–10 business days. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. For specific delivery schedules, please contact the carrier directly.
        • If the furniture received does not match your order (e.g., wrong item shipped), please provide photo or video evidence so we can assist with the return process.
        • The delivery location (to-door, apartment package room, or designated pickup point) depends on the courier’s rules for your address. Please verify in advance.
        • Products cannot be refused mid-shipment, nor can customers directly arrange refusal with the courier.
