i. Warranty Overview
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. All warranty periods begin on the date of delivery.
If a covered manufacturing defect is discovered, Novohaven will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts or a full product replacement. For discontinued items, we may offer a similar or equivalent model.
For warranty claims made within the first year, Novohaven will cover shipping costs for both the returned and replacement items. After the first year, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the replacement process.
Note: We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges made without a valid reason (i.e., "no-reason returns/exchanges").

This warranty does not cover clearance items, natural or artificial marble, paint or metal finishing, glass fiber, foam, veneer, plywood, cushioning, or coating materials.
ii. Warranty Exceptions
- Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or color.
- Normal wear and tear, including aging or exposure-related discoloration.
- Subjective comfort preferences.
- Damage from moisture, humidity, or extreme environments.
- Stains, fading, or dye transfer from clothing.
- Surface scratches or markings from improper use.
- Pilling or deterioration of textiles due to age or use.
- Unauthorized modifications or improper assembly.
- Damage caused by pets, misuse, accidents, fire, or water.
- Use of indoor furniture in outdoor or extreme environments.
- Items shipped by third parties outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Warranty is valid only within the contiguous United States. Shipping outside this region may void warranty coverage.
iii. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you discover a defect, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of noticing the issue. Provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the defect
- Images of the original packaging (to verify potential shipping damage)
Replacement parts or new products will be provided if the claim is approved. Installation instructions will be included. Labor costs are not covered.
iv. Legal Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed or limited to the duration of this written warranty.
Novohaven shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow such exclusions or limitations, so these may not apply to you.
This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state or country.
